We regret to report that Arthur E. McDole, a Public Safety communications trailblazer and respected member of the community, passed away at age 93 on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 13th at Katherine Healthcare in Salinas, CA. Art had been a member of the Radio Club of America since 1971, and a fellow member since 1981. He received the Fred M. Link Award in 2003 for contributing substantially to the advancement and development of landmobile radio and communications. There will be a memorial and celebration of life ceremony on May 14th at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Salinas, CA. Read more about Art's legacy here.
